Banks convincvingly weaves his story into historical figures and events. His characters are made more believeable by their imperfections and the inexplicability of their actions. In addition, he;s not afraid to make you dislike them. Yet another case of childhood sexual abuse at the bottom of the storyline, which is getting to be so common that you almost begin looking for it from page 1. <br/><br/><a href="http://www.goodreads.com/review/list/1013171?utm_medium=api&utm_source=blog_review">View all my reviews.</a>
