About that rating. As a marketer, I'm setting an example. If we don't think what we've written is great, how can we expect anyone else to. This was a fun book to write. I got to draw on nearly three decades as founder and operator of my own chain of gift stores and--like all my how-to books--that gives the ideas therein validity. They come from actual experience, not just research.
