I won this book as a first read Good Reads giveaway, thank you Joan D. Vinge for writing such a great book and Good Reads. It is filled with lots of action, compared to the movie you were able to discover the characters more, and the ending I think was kinda of sad,he left the town alone , the same way he entered it. The ending was different from the movie's. It wasn't a book I would usually read, but give this one a chance. This is a read before watching book though, I think it would of been better for me to not have known what happens, so you can get more involved in the story.
