I'm continuing to read this series to my son. It is occasionally witty. I found this book to meander much more than the first. The ending was really underwhelming: very anti-climactic. Only the beginning of the book, which takes place in the titular "Restaurant at the End of the Universe" is memorable. Everything after they left is already getting fuzzier and fuzzier as it wasn't worth allocating any of my memory to... ::shrug::
