Game is about a star basketball player, Drew, who feels as though the new "white" boy is getting all of his fame. He worked hard to get to where he has gotten, and he is not about to let anyone take it. Why? IN order for him to go to college, basketball is the only thing that will take him there.
The authors main purpose in writing this book is to show others that no matter how hard something is or how bad a situation is, you should not give up. If you believe in something, don't let it go away, especially if thats the onyl way you are getting an education.
