A super quick read (with chapters that are usually a page and a half!). A lot of the story is really left out and skipped over. It's partly intentional, to throw you off, and partly just pure laziness. The more books James Patterson "writes", the worse they get. Some of his earlier books are better, but he's never been a great writer.
