An entertaining "What if..." story in which the villains of the Marvel universe work together to beat all the superheroes. The story itself is set about 50 years after the defeat and features a Wolverine who has become a pacifist determined never to use his claws again.

I found the story very imaginative, but not logical at all. The plot was full of holes and inconsistencies. It seemed clearly created as an exercise in putting together a bunch of "Wouldn't it be neat if this happened?" type of ideas, rather than a strong narrative. But, it was fun.

The artwork was stunningly crisp and detailed, and that alone made it worth reading. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend it to anyone but Marvel fanboys.
