Vampires, evil scientists, zombies, oh my! Bizarre premise, but the author kept me enthralled from page one to the very end. Zach Barrows has his life all planned out, in the fast track of the world of politics in Washington. Until he's summoned by the President and given a new job- the right-hand man to the President's vampire, Nathaniel Cade. Plenty of action, blood-letting and believe it or not, humor! Fans of the Agent Pendergast series by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child would enjoy this. Sequel: The President's vampire (c2011).

Are you tired of the usual vampire sagas? Give this book a try for something truely unique! Cade, is indeed in the service of the President of the United States and his adventures are fascinating!
