really liked it

I liked "Harvest Home" a great deal, which led me to look for other books by Mr. Tryon. While "Lady" does not deliver on the horror/suspense angle, it does a stupendous job of putting the reader into the setting and, more importantly, the timeframe. When the big discovery comes, you're so into it, it really does shock, even though in the current day and age, there's nothing all that shocking about it. Read for the atmosphere, let it get into your head, and enjoy the ride.
