Amazing eye-opener. I've watchted the youtube movie a couple of times and it just grabbed me really hard. It may seem a little bit over the top for some people but I don't mind. Annie doesn't only explain what's wrong with plastic and "recycling", but also tells her own story, how she nowadays copes with an overload of "stuff" available in this world.

The book can be reduced to these three powerful words: "reduce, reuse, recycle". Most people only partially apply the last word, not even knowing what will actually be recycled and what not. I should be re-reading this again, it's too long ago.
