#9 in the Myron Bolitar series seemed a bit unbelievable (suspended belief not always necessary in this series) but also more current and up to date with Arab terrorists added to the mix of a possible not-dead daughter of Myron's one time lover, Teresa.  Also seemed strange that a brother and sister to Myron, never previously mentioned that I can remember, are suddenly part of a conversation but no details except the brother is in South America.  Perhaps this is a clue what #10 Live Wire, might be about.

Also discovered there is now a Mickey Bolitar series, featuring Myron's nephew.  That would be another reason Myron would suddenly "need" a brother.  I miss the sports connection found in the earlier Myron books, but the excitement and thriller aspect of the Myron books keeps the pages turning.
