I bought this book about a year ago while working in Germany and I absolutely love it. 'Glennkill' is the original German-language version of 'Three Bags Full' by Leonie Swann. While grazing in their field, a flock of sheep find their beloved shepherd dead with a spade through his middle. The sheep then set about trying to discover who murdered him. The whole story is told from a sheep's eye view and includes lots of their observations about humans and the world around them. I found the book a refreshing change from most of the other books available at the moment, and would recommend it to anyone who likes quirky, funny stories.
