If you are in the mood for a romance, this is a very good one; I couldn't put it down. The end, of course, is no surprise...we know that when we read this genre, and that is one of the reasons that I like these books. When I want to feel good, I don't want to think too hard nor do I want to worry about my problems, I like to read a romance. Of course, I like it to be a good one and Julie Garwood is one of my favorite authors of this type of book. This story, like most of hers, is written very well and has a believable plot. The characters aren't so perfect that they become laughable, but they are still the kind of people who will only exist in your imagination or Hollywood.
