This has gotten some not so great reviews but I thought this was a decent read. It wasn't amazing or life changing but I liked it! It wasn't super scary but I can see why they would make a movie out of it (I haven't seen the movie yet but I think I will rent it when it comes out on DVD). The characters were pretty flat but in books like this, that doesn't really bother me. I also would have liked more answers but because of the story's point of view, I can see how we can't get those answers. Many of the answers I'm looking for I can use my imagination to get.
This book has made me scared of my plants in the same way that The Blair Witch Project made me scared of the woods!
One other thing that sort of drove me crazy with this book was that there were no chapter breaks. Even though it switched back and forth between 4 characters point of view which seems like it would lend it self to chapters, there were none. Silly as it may seem, that took a while for me to get used to.
