Huzzah! I think anyone who eats food should read this book. This has absolutely changed the way I shop, cook, and eat. Who knew corn was out to get us? Food was not meant to be raised according to a factory model. I hope this is a revolution.

I will never look at my food the same way again. To follow a piece of food from the fields of origin through the various plants and processors to your plate...it's amazing how far we can get from sustainability.
