Read a review of this and decided to give it a try. I have never read Vivian Arend before, but will def be looking for her in the future!
Robyn Maxwell is a werewolf who doesn't know she is a werewolf. She was orphaned as a baby, lost her hearing to a virus a s a small child and her adoptive parents thought she had enough on her plate without the addition of this information. However on her yearly treck to the wilderness in Alaska, she meets 2 "men" who are not men and immediately know what she is, and who she is.... She is Keils mate!
Keil is thrilled to find his mate, but has a few difficulties to overcome. First his mate is deaf, second she doesn't know she is wolf, third she is a virgin. Oh well, he has a week to get it all straightened out before he he faces an alpha challenge that cold end his life. Easy peasy!
This was a light, fun read. Keil's brother TJ and Robyn's brother Tad, were great secondary characters and I need to check out Vivian's book list and see if they have books of their own. (I hope !)
