An anthology of modern urban fantasy writers that works around the theory of how would you fix a house if you had, say, ghosts in the attic or an unhappy spirit in the walls or the house just didn't want you there.
I usually buy these to find new authors to read - one of the previous ones was where I first of Seanan Maguire. Charlaine Harris's Sookie story was very good (much better than her last 2 books actually) and Seanan Maguires October Daye story was a great read also, I enjoyed Patricia Briggs Gray, soemthing that seems to be an offshoot of her Mercy Thompson sereies. I enjoyed the Stacia Kane, Suzanne McLeod and Tony Kelner shorts too but the rest just didn't do much for me. Especially the horror house ones from Rochelle Kich and James Grady, but I'm not a big horror fan. They were good reads and I think I'll probably pick up something from Stacia Kane and Suzanne McLeod, neither of which I've read before.

That's great. I read all three books in the last three days and I was really surprised. At first the language is quite hard to follow. So I thought 'this is just going to get really annoying after a while' but you soon pick it up. The storylines are fantastic in every book. The romance side is a little raw, and rough at times but I fell in love with them about 10% into the first book lol. Let me know what you think once you've given it a go.
:)
