This is an excelled vegan cookbook with an array of recipes from all over the globe. A few recipes that look particularily appetizing-"Thai-Style Leaf-Wrapped Appetizer Bites", "Jerk-Spiced Portobello Steaks","Layered Polenta Chili Casserole","Rustic Peasant Loaf with Black Olives and Sun-dried Tomatoes"...I could go on and on, and that is because there are 400 recipes to choose from! One of the greatest features of these recipes is that they are arranged into 20 genres, with everthing from Soups and Salads, to desserts, breakfasts, breads, chutneys/salsas,wraps,and pizzas. There truely is something for everybody here, and Robertson once again proves that there is a whole lot more to vegan cooking than tofu and sprouts.
