“We signed the papers right there and then. It seems crazy now, but at the time there was no other option for either of us. We had to do it.”

It didn’t seem crazy at all. I loved them both for it. I just wished I hadn’t ended up being on their hit list. Page: 189

I had the hardest time putting this novel down for even a minute; I had to actually make myself hide the book in my room so I could allow my eyes to rest. It tore open at the seams, reached out, grabbing me by the shoulders and threw me into the pages before closing over – I certainly wasn’t complaining though. I had recently read a review that raved on about Hunting Lila so I knew that I had to pick it up straight away to settle my curiosity. I wasn’t expecting to be pulled into the pages as quickly as I was; I figured it would be pretty good but what I was served up was absolutely riveting. Sarah Alderson’s writing style is utterly captivating......................
