well its basically a flashback, but the ending made me sad when amanda asked adrienne "where is he(as in paul) now?"
its pretty good, but no comparison to the guardian :D

I'm gonna read that after I finish the guardian!! Then I'm gonna read so yesterday... then corss my heart and hope to spy... then.. um theres a ton of books in my lil book cubby right now :3 You know the one in my profile picture? thats meh book cubby! ^^

well mines are a collection of manga and some books i bought in elementary school and presents
my brother ....well its technically not his, its both of ours from like our childhood :]

haha so i started on this book at like 1:00 AM out of boredom and...i couldn't fall asleep
the storyline's basically like Adrienne telling Amanda, her daughter, about her lovelife 14 years ago after the divorce that made her swear to never love someone again.
Paul is also a divorced man, but it was his fault that his wife left him...because he was WAAAAY too focused in his work, even his son hated him >:O that's really saying something...so he was working as a doctor when this lady comes in to remove her tumor
it appeared to be fine, but strangely she died...and her family blamed paul for her death.
Okay, so Adrienne is in need for money for her dad who is barely alive these days and helps out her friend for a weekend. During that same weekend, Paul comes too, but for business purposes
Their both anguished lives bring them together :]
but the ending made me cry T_____T its such a sweet but sad story, telling about how parents could sympatize with their children
