liked it

I started losing interest in Book 2 but continued the series because I wanted to find out what happened. It was hard to force myself to finish it. I just got bored. Subject matter seems pretty deep for a children's book. The author never completely deals with certain issues like Cosimo, his wife, and his mistress. Deep issues of conflict between Dustfinger and his daughter are left unexplored. Meggie does almost nothing. Boring!
