I didn't expect this account of a fabulously talented and interesting musician - Joni Mitchell - to be so slight and difficult to read. There are also some annoying big assumptions by the author what this or that "means" or "why" Joni did this or that which did not seem well supported or logical. I was also disappointed there was almost no detail about Joni's daughter. This book did not flow well at all. I think even a die hard Joni Mitchell fan would find it tiresome.
