really liked it

I enjoyed the stories in this collection but throughout the book I was searching for a deeper meaning that I never found. I can't say if it wasn't there or if I just didn't find it. I thoroughly enjoyed the writing. The author wrote as both male and female narrators which I found refreshing. In my favorite story he wrote about a time when he encountered someone and what he would say if he could go back to that moment in time for a do over. I loved that; how many times have we all imagined the very same thing? If you like short story collections (which I generally do not read) then this is a good choice.
