I don't know why, but this book just didn't do it for me as much as the Aisling/Drake books. It was good, but not great. The sex scenes were too quick for my tastes. Little foreplay. The ending was a definite cliffhanger, and it is obvious there is a sequel (because the excerpt at the end of the book is from it).

The main characters in this book are May a doppelganger of a naiad and Gabriel the wyvern of the Silver Dragons. For those who are fans of Drake, Aisling, and Jim, all three appear in this novel. The bad guy Magoth is sexy as is the thief finder, but of course May is meant to be Gabriel's mate. Hijinks and sex ensue, but again, the sex isn't up to her usual standards.

Overall, I liked it, but I felt a little let down.
