I loved the book - you have to suspend reality to belief the premise, but the characters continue the ones in the first 2 books so you feel like you are part of the family and care about the characters. One more book in this series. I enjoy reading about the Amish and how so much of what is so stressful and important to me would be a non-issue if I was more into the Plain living - but they also have stresses and anxieties that I don't have that aren't always portrayed in the books, so I'm sure its a trade off.
