With such insights as (I'm paraphrasing)"people like to talk about their interests" and "people don't like being told that they're wrong", it's hardly groundbreaking. But hey, if you're looking to, it really does show how to.
My favorite chapter, (again I'm paraphrasing) is the "great idea boss" approach, to suggesting an idea of yours that someone else just had. I can't do it without laughing though.
Quality stuff overall, if obvious sometimes. I should mention this: I found it was helpful advice for if you're looking to be better in social situations, chatting at parties and the like. If perhaps a little patronizing.
