Hooowwwwlllllllllllll. This is a book to be listened to, at least in the version read by Robin Sachs. It is his grasp of the loathing, lust and fury of Jack, the last wolfman, that makes this book a treat. Yes, it is arguably gratuitous in its constant bloody violence and its unrelenting sexuality, but, my god, what a charachter Mr. Duncan has created. Sachs' reading took my breath away, and had me listening around the clock to see what would come next. A success.

08/05/2011 "I am listening to the audiobook by Robin Sachs, an Audible. com selection. Sach's reading is masterful and Duncan's text is thoroughly and ineffably grim."
