If this would have been my first Ann Rule book ever read, then I wouldn't pick up another one. Thankfully, I've read a few of her's, and I'm hoping against hope that this was just a fluke thing. Basically, I got to chapter 12 and put it down. It wasn't going anywhere, and she tells more about her personal life then that of Ted Bundy. I'm sure that as the book goes on she gives more of an account on Ted's life, but I just found it dull and a bit boring. In the previous books I've read of her's she really helps you to relate with the victims, in this book, she goes with maybe a paragraph, to a page and a half on their lives. What was the rest about? Honestly, she talks about her friendship with Ted, (boring conversations the two had while at work), her divorce,her teenage daughters and her fear for them walking the streets alone.
