Sirenz is a pretty cute and funny book. Meg and Shar were completely different characters with next to nothing in common, but only one goal on their minds - finish the job Hades gave them in exchange for not going to prison while fighting over a pair of shoes.

Shar is a fashionista wearing too much pink, who is obsessed with shoes, and is used to getting her way with just a look. While Shar's looks get her everything, she has trouble holding a conversation.

Enter, Meg the anti-Shar. Meg loves to wear black, loves to boss people around, and doesn't believe that she's all that pretty.

Two opposites who bicker constantly are stuck working together. Which would be hilarious on a normal basis, but there's always more in the fine print.

Both girls are fighting for the attention of Jeremy, the hot guy that they may have to go through to finish their task for Hades.

Of course nothing is that simple when it comes to the Gods.
