This is the second Sigma Force thriller I've read. It has the requisite evil consortium, The Dragon Court, damsel in distress, and implausible escapes. It is formulaic and the romance that develops seems forced, but it is still a good light read and keeps one trying to keep up with the fast pace from Fort Dietrick, to DC to Rome, Germany, Switzerland, Egypt and France. A veritable "see 6 countries in six days". Oh yes, one mustn't forget the Vatican. It is thrown into the mix as is Alexander the Great and the Seven Wonders of the World. Rollins or rather Sigma Force pulls it altogether. Monk, one of Sigma Force's operatives, lends a hand to the cause. I should say "sacrifaces". The revelation of the Imperator of The Dragon Court was a surprise. Looking forward to another rollicking rollercoaster ride with Rollins.
