really liked it
Read from September 18 to 24, 2011

The year is 2044 and the US economy has fallen apart. Life conditions for most people are tragic, but they can find escape in a virtual OASIS. Wade also attends school there. The multi millionaire designer of the OASIS and a variety of other computer games has died and is leaving his entire estate to the lucky person who can find the hidden easter egg inside the OASIS. The story moves along quickly, but would be much more suspenseful and gripping if we didnt already know that Wade is the one who finds the egg. He is telling the story in retrospect and says "This is how I found the egg." So, when death threats are made or when there is a brutal battle, there isnt any suspense because I knew that he would be OK because he ultimately wins the game.

Otherwise, I found the story to be very entertaining and imaginative.
