I just finished 3rd Degree and thought it was a pretty good book. A little sad. But a little romance put back in Lindsay's life is a nice touch, especially when you snatch away (one of) her best friend(s). I'm sure it's happened, but I really thought the whole Jill and Steve (becoming a beast) was a little bit out of left field. I'm not sure why we had to loose a friend. It's not like it's a TV show and someone wanted to be written out or anything, but that is just my opinion. Overall, I liked the book and thought it was in keeping with the Women's Murder Club storyline. I'm not crazy about unexplained happenings that get one sentenance. Like what happened to Cindy's relationship with the minister. That was weird. A pretty good read, none the less.
