I thought this book had a great way of looking at business. Quitting may go against your own values but this book shows you how sometimes the only way you can get ahead is by quitting if what you're doing isn't working for you. I read this book as part of a Leadership Book Club for my work and I'm so glad I did. Although this book is mostly reflected upon the business world I can definitely see some real life applications.

Quitting doesn't mean you're weak, it means you're smart enough to know when the road you're on is going to lead to nothing but failure. Retreat, regroup, then try a different avenue. That's the overall gist of this book but it goes into so much more detail.

Great book to suggest to co-workers and managers alike and great for those looking into becoming an entrepreneur of some kind.
