I swore I wasn't going to buy this book. After my traumatic experience with the last Women's Murder Club, I decided James and I needed to see other people. I'd just lost it for his books. Well, obviously I read it and it was...it was okay. That's it, just okay. Usually, that is before 10th Anniversary, I can't put his books down. I read this one over a few days and the story was unique, but odd and the bad guy started out creepy but it was like James and Michael lost speed or had to finish the book. As with all of Patterson's books, it took me somewhere and I was with the characters, but I'm not sure I wanted to be there.
