Read from August 08 to 12, 2012

A graceful and deeply moving story that tells an important re-account of Stalin's cleansing of the Baltic region, a lost secret in history that needs to be read and heard. Pass this book on and on. It's has a haunting impact and is relevant. The beauty alone in the eloquent writing is well worth the time. This story is strong with hope and shows the strength and heart it takes for survival. "Unforgettable" is the word that keeps swimming to mind for me. Ruta Sepetys has a lasting career in writing and an avid follower I'll be.
