Scott is unapologetic when he claims that his "New Rules" will win over the old ways of print and paper media that just doesn't cut the mustard anymore. Savvy PR and marketing managers now employ webinars, blogs, RSS feeds, imbedded video and podcasts to push the communication boundaries in order to promote their businesses and capture new global customers.
Any business person, marketer or media professional serious about their future survival in an increasingly competitive environment, should take heed and incorporate these techniques now, rather than learn the painful lessons of being behind the curve.
