For some reason, I have been on a roll with autobios at the moment, so get ready. This is Kathy Griffin's book. I was always a fan of hers. She was always a hey, it's that guy-type person and everything she has done, I have always found funny. If you like her, you'll like this book. Since I didn't have cable (or was in the country) for most of the run on her tv show, I haven't watched a lot of it, but the episodes that I have seen, I have always enjoyed. She is a little ridiculous but at least knows it and doesn't take herself seriously at all. Some stories (Fanning-gate?) I could have really cared less about and all the times she makes a hubbub about something, I just roll my eyes, mainly because I don't care about that kind of stuff anymore, so why should you? I liked the parts best about her becoming and up and coming comic and her time at the Groundlings and her family. I liked how close she was with both her parents and when she graduated high school and wanted to come out to LA, they came too and totally supported her all the way. I always like stories like that. If you like her and her humor, you'll like the book. Otherwise, don't bother (as is the case with most bios)
