I love having a resource I can trust when it comes to raising my baby in the best environment possible. The book talks about going organic and going green for your baby. I, personally, bought the book more for the information on baby's environment and feeding and found the book to go over all the information really well. The only thing is, I think the book is a bit overwhelming for your average mom. Some of the tips are so off the wall and expensive and while they may be the best choice for baby, it is just too difficult to implement. The information was still really helpful and I continue to use this book as a guide, I just do what works best for my family.
