Incredible-such depth of characters and such an intricately woven tale of the hopes, dreams, successes, failures, mysticisms, stupidity, loves, hatreds, fervors of several generations of one family. Great overview of social constructs and the evolution of individuality throughout successive generations and how it all ties together. Funny and sad but always entertaining.
