At first glance, people would have thought that this book is just about Steve Jobs. The truth is, is that this book is NOT just about Steve perse, but also about the person that runs a tight ship, and being able to run it pretty well. No denying that one can't run away from noting that Steve and Apple are one and the same, but what I do find different is the humanness of the former, and the tenacity of this entity called Apple. Though seemingly polar opposites in their characters, what I do take away is the need for one to be really be firstly visionary in his thoughts, having then the balls to go through to realise that vision, and then...sometimes along the way, be prepared to create that path that no one has ever seen before, or let alone, be able to figure out that there is indeed a path! And yes, for good measure and in case you can't do some of these jobs well, please do hire the best, and only the best!
