Plotting is a tad predictable--and Alex finds herself in jeopardy in ways that sometimes annoys me--she is too smart for some of it--however--the pacing makes this effort a riveting read and visiting with the characters, Fairstein's sterling capture of NYC places and atmosphere and the issues surrounding rape prosecution makes this a compelling title. <br/><br/><a href="http://www.goodreads.com/review/list/1019877?utm_medium=api&utm_source=blog_review">View all my reviews.</a>
