Janie has been plagued for years by a curse or something that makes her get sucked into people's dreams if they're asleep near her and she doesn't have any walls to separate her from them. Nightmares are always the worst because her physical body becomes numb and stiff and goes into epileptic like seizures. And she always wants to help the people she sees in the dreams, but never can. This also means she knows secrets about people they don't necessarily want her to know, like that Cable has feelings for her, even though the whole school knows he's with Shay. What are Cable's true feelings? Will Janie ever be able to control her dreams?
Having read the second book first, this one was better than I thought, and of course, I knew what was going to happen. Some plot holes that should have been filled in. And is it just me, or are romantic scenes on audio books totally cheesy?
