Fang (Maximum Ride, #6)
by James Patterson (Goodreads Author)
by James Patterson (Goodreads Author)
2.5 stars
It was easy to understand even though i later on noticed that i was reading 6th book and not the first. i was kinda pissed at my dad (he bought it) because i heard the 1st book is the best or one of the best of the series and he just decided to buy the 6th book -.-'
It was a good book, i've read better books with a more believable storyline and dialogues but it wasn't horrible.

I REPEAT, SPOILERS AHEAD!!
Characters:
Max- i was in between hate and love with her. she is a fair enough good leader, except when she's bossy and pissed off (which is most of the time, at least in Fang). but she does know how to make decisions and she is considerate of others, sometimes. what i did not like was that she does not think about the flock as much as a leader should and she concentrates more on her love life.
Angel- at first i thought she was the nicest and cutest of the whole flock, but Patterson made her to be a really scary person and kind of a psycho O.o personally i did not like Angel and her attitude, she thinks too highly of herself and is not as good of a leader as Max. of course Angel does not have a loved one and she thinks a bit more about the flock than Max, but that doesn't automatically make her a better leader. i think she could not have handled everything Max did for the flock throughout the years. She does not make good decisions. Exposing their identities (as freaks as some might say) to the outside world as celebrities and people actually responding well to that? i don't think that's believable.
Fang- Come on! Really Patterson? Really? At first I loved Fang, he was every girl's dream boy, plus he was extremely sweet (but sometimes too cheesy) so why, Patterson? Why? why did you feel the need of making Fang so selfish!? i mean, he was saved by his loved one and he still left her. No no no no no no! i don't like that. i don't like selfish Fang.
The Flock (except for Max, Fang, and Dylan)- individually i like them a lot, but i can't believe what they did to Max. Sure she wasn't as attentive but that's no reason to throw her out of the flock. I love Iggy and Gazzy and their jokes but not their opinion of throwing Max out.
Dylan- perfect guy but no one really trusts him. personally, i wouldn't. but, he seems too perfect, there must be a tramp hiding somewhere.
The ending- nope. i did not like it, at all. i think a better ending would have been Fang staying yet not being so loving towards Max. And then Dylan calling Dr. Chu (or whatever his name is) and telling him they are starting to trust him and then, you know, Dylan being bad.
