I have not read a Julie Garwood book that I did not enjoy!

I would definitely recommend every single JG book because they're so well written and exciting. I don't know what it is about her books, but they're very enjoyable.

The hero and heroine are really interesting in this book. Sophie and Jack don't fall head over heels in love right away, which I appreciate. Sophie would stand up to Jack and would not let him boss her around (well, most of the time, anyway).

I gave this book only 4 stars out of 5 because I found it took a little while for the plot to get going, and then once it did, it was over relatively quickly. And also, I found that it wasn't as action packed as some of her other books.

Overall, it's definitely worth reading! If you've enjoyed her other books, you will not be let down! 4 stars!!
