really liked it

Honestly, I picked it up mostly because I really liked the name. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Barrowcliffe's experience of playing D&D and being a big dork in 1970s England was surprisingly similar to mine in 1980s Texas, down to the details in many cases. Who knew it was so universal? A fun book for anyone who did their time as a role playing dork as a kid, or perhaps for anyone looking to understand someone who wasted (in a good way) their youth playing with funny dice.
