it was amazing
bookshelves: portuguese-spanish-literature

amazing book set in a fictitious city with no names with a selection of characters with no names. everyone falls victim to an unknown contagious virus which causes each person in the city to become blind. people are horded into containment zones guarded by teh army and a cruel society develops with no rules and the blind attempting to lead the blind. they escape from hell only to step into a worseform of the previous inferno they were in. An amazing, moving, thought provking book (Apart from the sickenning scene half way through the book which almost made me stop reading.)
