I just learned about this series at the library. I *love* the vocabulary in the book -- teaching fun words like "plume...that's a fancy word for feather." I'm not sure I like the super frilly obsession of the main character, but her yen for fanciness at least gives my 3-year old the opportunity to learn big people words.
