It only took me a couple days to read this book...not because it was so good I couldn't put it down, but because it was an easy read, and fun in its own right. It was genuinely scary, and disturbing, and a change of pace from the norm when reading Koontz. However, the book has nothing profound or important to offer...only cheap entertainment. I didn't hate it...not at all. In fact, I enjoyed it. But it's not a good book.
