I would have given it 4.5 Stars.
How to put what I think into words.
It was a really, really good book. Amanda Bonilla captures the imagination with her characters and world. Based out of Seattle Darian is a Shaedes, she thinks that she is the only one in world turns out that she was wrong.
Part of the book is her discovery that she isn't alone that there's a whole supernatural community she didn't know about. This was a needed part but felt a little too blah with the way she accepted it but that was just me.
The rest well I loved. Raif, Tyler, Xander and Anya there were a few others that I hope to see more of.
It was well written, with a solid story that isn't the same as so many that I have read. I will definitely be adding her next book to my to buy list. (Like I need any more)
