Okay, this is definitely the best one so far. It is a bit of a shame that it took until the end of book #3 for Moning to truly capture my attention and readership, but at least Mac has finally started to come into her own and the cliffhanger at the end was an absolute beauty that put the one which closed Darkfever to shame. Much, much better. I shall definitely be reading on. :o)
